Kings Point Association Meeting
November 21st Report
Today (November 21, 2008) we had our monthly KP Association Meeting. 89.02% of the 109
associations were present!
Bright House received unanimous vote over Ygnition. This is a 10-year contract. Highlights of the contract are:
First year cost per unit $21.95
Increase to begin 2nd year 3%
Sign up incentive per unit (5,175 homes) $300
It is my understanding that the signup incentive will go to each association who can determine what to do with the money.
Remember, the contract has not been signed. The effective date has not been determined. If you are not a Bright House subscriber, consider waiting for further details to take advantage of the sign up incentive.
Volunteerism by Kings Point residents: An attempt by Pat Boussie, a member of the Federation Board, is being made to compile a list of KP volunteers. The goal is to gain wider spread/recognition of our community and to further enhance our reputation as "The Premier Lifestyle Retirement Community." Your volunteerism can be anywhere - doesn't have to be within KP.
