Instructions for more than one workshop:
After you've pressed the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to the list of workshops which have been entered so you can proof-read yours. If you are doing more than one workshop, you can return to this (entry) page and just change the areas that are different for the additional classes. USE THE "BACK" BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER to get back to this page.

Each time you "Submit", the information will be recorded as a new class.

Instructions if you've made a mistake:
If you find you've made a glaring error, check the "replacement for previously submitted form." Also indicate what has changed and, if possible, the date of the earlier entry.

Use your "Tab" key to move between fields. Please complete ALL fields. (Some have default responses which can easily be replaced with your answers.)
